At PLUSHCOVE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Full Refund & No Restocking Fees
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. PLUSHCOVE never charges restocking fees on returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request (approval or rejection). If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment account. Refund processing typically takes 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
